The project scope included extensions to the existing high rack warehouse at AVI’s Redhill site as well as the provision of a new office component. ZAI was appointed as Principal Agents and to provide Architectural, Civil and Structural services.
Due to the nature of the racking system, consideration of the structure, envelope and floor slab was required to ensure the successful operation of the facility.
This coupled with a very restrictive site and a facility
that needed to remain completelyoperational duringconstruction, created an interesting andchallenging project that was
successfully resolved..
